This Privacy Policy explains how the AdSaver Chrome Extension (“Extension”, “we”, “our”) collects, uses, and stores information when you use it. By installing and using the Extension, you agree to the practices described below.

2. Information We Collect

a. Ad Data

The Extension saves real estate advertisement data such as:

• Property details (price, location, number of rooms, floor, etc.)
  
• Ad content (title, description, URL, seller phone number)
  
• Other property-related attributes
  

This information is collected only from the websites you use the Extension with (such as Olx.ro, Storia.ro, Imobiliare.ro, and others that may be supported in the future).

b. Usage Data

We collect information on how you interact with the Extension, including:

• Changes you make to forms (before and after values)
  
• Which ads the Extension interacts with
  
• General analytics about usage
  

This information is collected through Google Analytics.

3. How Data Is Stored

• Ad Data is saved only in your personal Google Spreadsheet file. We do not store this data on our servers.
  
• Usage Data is collected and stored by Google Analytics.
  

4. How We Use the Data

• Ad Data is used solely to provide you with the functionality of the Extension (saving and analyzing ads in your spreadsheet).
  
• Usage Data is used to understand how the Extension is used and to improve its features.
  

5. Permissions Required

The Extension requests the following Chrome permissions to function properly:

• storage – to save settings locally.
  
• identity, identity.email – to connect with your Google account if needed.
  
• scripting, activeTab – to extract data from real estate websites.
  
• sidePanel – to display the Extension’s interface.
  
• nativeMessaging – to communicate with the scripts that extract data from the real estate websites.
  

Additionally, the Extension injects content scripts into supported websites (such as Olx.ro, Storia.ro, Imobiliare.ro) to capture ad-related data.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your Ad Data or Usage Data with third parties. Google Analytics may process usage data in accordance with their own Privacy Policy.

7. User Control

• You may delete your Google Spreadsheet at any time to remove your Ad Data.
  
• Usage Data collected via Google Analytics cannot be deleted individually by users.
  
• If you no longer wish to use the Extension, you may uninstall it from Chrome.
  

8. Children’s Privacy

The Extension is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on the Chrome Web Store listing or other official channels.
